Domestic Shipping:
Electrowax.com domestic orders inside U.S. will be provided by UPS only. UPS domestic shipping is fast, reliable, and automaticlly insured. Orders inside Florida take one day after shipped. Customers inside of Florida just select regular ground service as the other services are just as fast.

Orders inside Florida once shipped out take one business day.

International Shipping:
We ship international orders however if you are ordering outside of the U.S. it is your resposibility to know your countries customs laws and realize that there may be customs fees that we are not resposible or liable for.

* We ship international orders with USPS only (Express, Priority, and Airmail) .

* Shipping via the US Post Office - Orders outside of the U.S. will be available to the customers descretion from United States Postal Service. If using we suggest strongly that you use Global Express mail because this service included tracking and $100 insurance for each package. Using Airmail or Priority mail is bit more of a risk and this risk is in the hands of the carrier and not Electrowax. Once we hand it over to USPS they are responsible for the goods however we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive your package and goods.

* If there are any problems, US postal regulation requires we wait 60 days before we can file a request to trace the package. Then there is the time to trace the package itself, so obviously this can take some time. Our policy is that we will not re-ship an order until the US Post Office determines the package was lost and the money is refunded to us (via the insurance we require on all packages shipped).

* US Mail does not offer insurance to all countries.

* If for some reason customs confiscates your package or your local post office loses it there can be no claim with the US Post Office (per their regulations). Since the goods have properly left our hands we will not issue a refund, and the financial responsibility will remain yours. While this rarely happens, it is still something we need to make you aware of, sorry.
