Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days. Some
orders may be delayed longer for a few reasons. If you are buying using Paypal
Electrowax may have to wait for your payment to clear before shipping. Also
with some International orders we may wait for your Credit card or Paypal to
clear or in some cases a further check into potential fraudulate orders may
be done. However rest assured that your order will be secured as far as stock
once the order is payed for at point of sale.
Please be sure to provide us with all correct
billing and contact information. Your billing address is the address that is
on file with your credit card company, not the address you want us to send the
bill to. We verify all billing address information before shipping orders. If
the information that is given to us does not match what is on file with the
credit company, that order will not be shipped. Please be sure to enter accurate
contact information. This information is kept 100% private to Electrowax.com's
database only.
Shipping:
Electrowax.com domestic orders inside U.S. will be provided by UPS
only. Orders outside of the U.S. will be available to the customers descretion
from United States Postal Service. If using we suggest strongly that you use
Global Express mail because this service included tracking and $100 insurance
for each package. Using Airmail or Priority mail is bit more of a risk and this
risk is in the hands of the carrier and not Electrowax. Once we hand it over
to USPS they are responsible for the goods however we will do everything in
our power to make sure you receive your package and goods.
Orders inside Florida usually take 1 business day once it is shipped. Orders
outside Florida inside U.S. will take 3 to 5 business days once shipped. Orders
outside U.S. sent with U.S.P.S. will take 3-4 business days with Express, 4-7
business days with Priority, and 5-10 business days with Airmail. Something
very important to note is with ALL orders outside U.S. this time period mentioned
is how long it takes to get to your local post. Once your local post receives
it and its in their hands its at their mercy of when it will be received by
you. Before assuming it is Electrowax that is taking long with orders you should
check with your local post or customs to see if they are holding your package.
We ship international orders however if you are ordering outside of the U.S.
it is your resposibility to know your countries customs laws and realize that
there may be customs fees that we are not resposible or liable for.
Returns:
All sales are final. Merchandise is non-returnable,
unless the item(s) were damaged during shipping. In this case the claim will
be taken up with the shipping company and only after the damaged items are returned
by the shipper will the claim begin. If you do receive damaged items you must
contact Electrowax.com immediately as well as the shipper to report the damaged
item. The packaging must be kept and must reflect the reason for the damage.
You have 7 days after confirmed delivery to
make any claims for defective or damaged items. Any items returned will be exchanged
for the same exact item. If this item is not available, a credit will be issued
within Electrowax.com but there will not be a return of funds.
Any items that are returned to Electrowax.com
without our prior authorization will be refused.
Miscellaneous:
At the time that your order is placed
it is impossible to change any items, shipping method, or add and subtract items.
Once your order is placed it is processed by our credit card company and your
order will be shipped immediately. Therefore be sure to get your order accurate
and correct because once the order is placed it will be shipped as is.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express credit cards.
Credit Card orders will be processed via
Authorize.net. For a detailed description of Authorize.net policies please visit
their website.
* Paypal
There is a 3% fee for every transaction with Paypal. Paypal receives multible
forms of payment but you must be registered with Paypal to use this service.
Low Order Fee:
There is a minimum of $15.99 required on all orders if you would like
to avoid this $4.00 charge.
